Case #1  Emerging Business

Summary of Client's Problem:

As a designer who started her company 15 years ago, had no clue about keeping accounting records.  Her last bookkeeper left for a full time job with benefits and she hadn't had the time to hire a replacement for months.  She contacted Bookkeeping & More Services requesting immediate assistance with updating her records just in time for year end.



 The Solution:

 Summary of Client's Problem:
Kenneth's business was less than a year old when he contacted Bookkeeping & More Services, he's an expert at creating computer solutions for his clients, but managing his business's financial record was not his cup of tea.  He did not have any type of accounting system to keep track of the income or the money he spent on supplies and equipment.

 
  The Solution:

Bookkeeping & More services got right on the assignment and set-up QuickBooks accounting software on his computer and customized the software for his specific needs. B & M Services also implemented new organization tactics for a filing system.  One of Bookkeeping & More's accounting professional provides ongoing maintenance to ensure that his financial records are properly entered into QuickBooks.

 Summary of Client's Problem:
Client wanted to stop renting and was ready to purchase some property of his own.  One problem he was informed by the First Home Buyers counselor that he needed to cut back on his spending, start paying his bill on time.  He has always been the type of person who was not well at managing money. He contacted B & M Services for assistance for help on how to better manage his money.
 The Solution:
 B & M Services assigned him a budgeting expert who taught and trained him how to better budget his monthly income by using Quicken Personal Finance software so he can keep track of his daily, weekly or monthly spending. We showed him a great feature in Quicken that will alert him of payments due, so he can pay his bills on time.
